Look! Excursion

This Tuesday (24th May) the Grade 2 Neighbourhood will be visiting the State Library of Victoria. For the excursion the children will need to bring a plastic bag with their name on it, their readers and writers notebook, a pencil and a small snack.
We are still looking for adults to assist us on the day, please see Rita, Jessica or Ethan if you would like to join us. We are travelling by tram, leaving at 12pm and and will be back at school by 3:30pm.

Silly Bands

Dear parents and students. Could you please ensure that 'Silly Bands' are left at home in the future as they are causing some issues both in the yard and the classroom.

Year 2 Neighbourhood team

SWIMMING

Don't forget that our swimming program runs this week and next week on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The staff at the pool have asked if children could wear a swimming cap if possible.

We swim in the same pool as the Richmond Football Team use - hence the tiger!!

School Photo Reminder

Next Tuesday, the 1st of March, our school will begin with class and individual photos. Class photos take place on Tuesday and then our individual photos on Thursday.

Shoes for Sport

Just a reminder that the children in grade 2 should wear shoes appropriate for sport on Thursdays and Fridays.

Welcome Picnic

Just a reminder that the Welcome Picnic is this Thursday at Princes Park 6.00pm - 8.00pm.

Plastic Folders

Could all students please remember to bring in their clear plastic folders each day. This should contain the book or books they are currently reading. This folder will also contain notes from school.
